1. Assessment and Preparation Meeting

3. Integration Talk
Building a personal plan to incorporate insights into real life.
4. Implementation Meeting
An in-depth conversation reflecting on the significant feelings and insights that emerged from the experience.

"We believe the ketamine experience is just the door integration is the path to walk through it and stay in the new place."
How Does It Work?
Ketamine provides a psychedelic experience that varies in depth and effect. The treatment is designed to induce a temporary altered state of consciousness. It creates a window of neuroplasticity, making the brain more open to forming new connections, thoughts, and behaviors.
This state is best processed through integration.
Our Core Philosophy
We focus on developing psychological flexibility – a central concept in modern behavioral therapy. The treatment works at the neurological level to create neuroplastic states and reduce rigid thinking patterns characteristic of conditions such as depression, anxiety, OCD, and others.
The experiential component allows a temporary release from attachment to problematic thoughts and emotions, enabling patients to observe their inner experiences without being overwhelmed by them.

Ketamine and Metabolic Health: Anti-inflammatory Effects and Connection to Mental State
Recent studies show that ketamine has significant anti-inflammatory properties – it influences the immune system and reduces inflammatory markers in the body.
The combination of neuroplasticity and psychotherapy creates an opportunity for change that impacts overall health.
This is especially relevant for people dealing simultaneously with mental health challenges and metabolic issues such as obesity or diabetes.
As psychological stress decreases, inflammation also decreases – improving bodily functions and metabolism, which reduces the risk of chronic disease.
